What can I do for you?
It’s such an easy and hard question, to find where our skills lie.
It is powerful, when friends offer this: their network, experience, action, their time, you don’t want to misuse it.
What if it’s not for a friend though? And where is the limit of what we can do for free? After all, open source is the base of the world and it is done for free and fun.

Where I stand is that we should be very open to be helpful, so long as it is reciprocated. In work context, this often means money, but it doesn’t have to. Humans tend to be specialized in different areas; I may be good technically speaking, but I struggle business wise.
It’s good to know what you can offer, what you can give, and what you need.

I can offer AI and cybersecurity expertise; I believe in today’s world you should be private so it doesn’t own you, which means using Linux, e/os on Phone, and signal, matrix or even stronger options.
Check out the Guides, another thing I can do is learn, which for me means I can also teach, and if I made something already why keep it secret? New work is what isn’t free. It’s directing my time and attention on a problem, most often it ends with the problem solved. Experience can show you what I did, but How this site is built should be an ample example of the kind of person I am, who likes truly novel thinking. I love making emergence from chaos. Isn’t this what it is to write?
The guides and overview.excalidraw should show how efficient I like to be…

I realized the level of inefficiency of work at different levels, so I made Human Augmented Intelligence to solve it on the individual side with batman, but then realized I couldn’t exactly share that with everyone, or at least not yet. Claude Office is much earlier work and is fine to share.
I am running both and improving them, with partners.
If you have a vision, I am happy to help realize it. Workshops, websites, apps, security work…

I like a challenge. Making this better version of AGI was my last one, now I’m looking in other directions. How to make it safe, and how to stop unaligned developments until it can be? I think AI is the most pressing issue of our time

I hope we can meet and exchange ideas in The Art of Conversation A Guided Tour of a Neglected Pleasure.
