What phone to get?
Should you even use a phone? Powerful power-less sundays
There is a case to be made for the dumbphone, for the peace of mind that comes with it.
But for most people that may be a little too impractical; I do like having access to a map tool.
Still, who wants to be spied upon, carrying the perfect spy tool in your pocket, used against you, often.

But I digress, if you’re going to use a phone, which one to pick?
Well see I don’t think there is even room for doubt.
Maybe you are enamored by a brand and made it a part of your personal identity A story is a deal, giving it control over who you are and what you do.
If not, you are free to consider this: there is one phone that can come pre-installed with an alternative to android. That can be repaired easily at home.
I’m not enticed in any way to do marketing for them, but you can also change the battery; I was able to replace my usb c port for 20 bucks and 1 minute. I tend to break things, which is way I need such a phone, but maybe you still have the same phone for 10 years.

And about android or apple spying on you just watch a youtube video about it, read an article, you’ll see. I’d rather just run e/os and control my life.
