This whole thing is unknown to you right now.
That may be scary. It took me months to reach this system as being the right one for me to organize my thoughts. This is a website, but not only, it is an obsidian vault with some parts being public.
The only way to know if something fits for you is to try it. So I did, and wrote my own notes, my own way of doing things, I’ll make it easy to follow this once it’s mature enough, or someone asks me.

Structure
Each project (folder) may have:
- an excalidraw file to organize everything together, if it gets big enough to warrant it
- some introduction and presentation of what’s inside it
- files, which can have Tags and Frontmatter
- Definitely have a look at the Vault Map
- All the stuff related to the vault itself are in the root here.
Settings
- enable viewing and syncing of non supported files
- attachments go to
Attachments/ - new notes are created in the current folder
