The speech still is relevant today. It’s time to go to the moon. Not because we have to, but because we can.
I don’t believe in existential crises anymore. I believe it’s just an itch to do something, at reasonable lenghts, as shown in Burn out militant.
I’m a hacker, I can understand and use this tool. I can teach you, so you have autonomy in today’s world. But that’s not all.
The only thing we need… is to talk about it.
Humanity’s will isn’t something that’s just always there, passively.
It’s passion, it’s energy, that’s the whole point.
Sometimes we forget how to dream.
What do you want the moon to be? What’s your hard objective, what’s your north star?
Maybe we can’t reach it. But let’s not wait for others to do something. What kind of world do you want? Do something for that world, and then well that’s it, yes it’s enough. Don’t do things out of guilt. That won’t last.
We’re not all going to have the same answer for what the moon is, but I’m sure we all want to prosper and be happy? Are we, now? Then let’s do something and stop despairing about it.

What should you do? Well you don’t have to do anything, yet you get to do everything, here’s a video on that:

Take good care of yourself.

Do what brings meaning.
Join or make communities.
Learn what you don’t know… We have free access to an oracle that is connected to all of human knowledge… Use it wisely.
And use the wisdom of the past.
Don’t fear death. Fear forgetting to live for too long.
