Everyone should read this!
Nonviolent communication

Feelings behind the observed situation separated from evaluation, and the needs behind them, followed by a request.

Avoid judgment, comparaison

Take responsability, try not to force desires as commands

Separate behaviors from the person, don’t infer thoughts or generalize

“I feel” should be feelings, and use precise emotions with it.

We’re not responsible for other people’s feelings, and we should respond to other’s needs out of compassion and not guilt, fear or shame. We should not meet our needs at other’s expenses.

When requesting, frame it positively: what we want, not what we don’t want. Clear, concrete.

Sometimes we just want to be understood.

Criticism makes others defensive

Know what we want when saying smth

Don’t interpret noncompliance as rejection

Empathize with reasons for no

Whole presence is not easy, empathy is not sympathy, put attention in what’s going on within them

Empathize with feelings rather than needs

Careful with using “but” when talking to others.

Don’t use too much judgment or should in self dialog, connect with your own desires!

But that’s not all, it teaches how to resolve conflicts by making connection between the entities, listen to others and yourself truly, that anger is our responsability and not others etc etc
