This phylosophy (it is not a religion so it can have room for critical thought and evolution) bases itself on the idea we all are a part of God, and They act trough us.
If we want good in the world, we need to provide it. God interpreted as this has no conscience other than the whole of humanity, nay, of Earth, nay, of the Universe!
These directions are not to be followed unless the reasoning behind each of them them is first understood.
They also do not, and should not apply to everyone, in the same way.
These are in no particular order and of course work with each others.
- Simplicity:
One should aim to “sacrifice” luxuries/distractions that do not bring much, to allow focusing on what matters. - Life:
Try to assume the best, and see the positive in what has already happened, or what you cannot change.
However, one should prepare for the least and worst in order to keep being satisfied by, and not be betrayed. - Peace of mind:
To get closer to it there are many ways.
Things such as vegeterianism, avoidance of drugs, distance from toxic people (if not physically, mentally), music, nostalgia, food, good friends, meditation… may help towards that goal. - Sharing:
Those which are close to satisfaction shoud share it with others. It can be as little as a smile or a piece of bread, but as much as a donation to charity. - Goals:
Avoid material goals. - Understanding:
For communication to work, we all need to try nd see things from other’s perspective.
One should also try to read as much as possible from everyone amd everything, to understand context better, and react accordingly. - Respect:
Learn to respect yourself and respect others as you would yourself.
Do not lie for your own benefit!
We all have to gain more by working together than if we each worked for ourselves. - Consequences:
One should understand the consequences of their actions and try to compensate for damaging actions, such as hurting someone (apologize) and taking the plane (plant trees), being rich (give money). I’m not being entirely serious, but kind of.
It of course works both ways: if someone makes you happy it’s only fair to return the favor. If, however, they are hurting you they should be notified of it. If no change arises separation would probably be advised. - Thinking:
Never act for the first time or in a different context without thinking first, even if others push you, and especially when under effect from things like drugs. - Ever child:
Dare.
Be willing to make mistakes to learn, and always be open to change opinions as they do not define us.
