I see it.
No use pretending the issue is not there, it won’t go away. So here is an overview:

It’s a societal issue. An issue of culture. Of “civilisation”, something most seem so found of.

The amount of children we have is declining, but the system with pensions and work in general was intended for more workers than elders.
Women worked which helped set it off but it didn’t solve the issue at all. In fact, it made it worse.
Women need the proper environment to have kids. If they can fend for themselves without a man many will just do that…. Good? That they be happy? Is that all that matters though? And what of men’s happiness?
I’m just asking questions. I don’t care if they don’t fit in society’s culture. In fact, that’s the point…
What of society, of communities and the consequences? We live in a time where we can do what we like. It’s never been like this. Throughout history we were never as lucky.
Men don’t earn enough to allow women to focus on themselves and others. Or we need to stabilize society by leaving this work focused life.

If we get down to biology, my understanding is that men are made to handle more pressure, whilst women are more empathetic. Men are stronger, women are smarter. Naturally I’m simplifying it, this is not true for all biological men and women, but the point is I don’t believe we’re all the same. I believe everyone has their differences and own thing they’re better at, giving them purpose.
