The most powerful tool of our mind… I wrote so I understand. So fate knows what to send (and it did)
We have a story of the world, see it in our own way, often without realizing.
For instance, discomfort:
Journeying outside the comfort zone is how I grew the most. If we’re ready for it then it means new things to learn. We’re just not used to them yet.
All other “negative” emotions, they all have a purpose. We should understand them, and then choose what to do with them.
A common one is to reframe failing as learning.
And when we feel pain, notice that it may come from our ego, that sense of self that we think we know
It can be something to overcome in ourselves.
Difficult circumstances can help us get closer to mindfulness, or they can simply be a challenge,
With silence, rest intertwined.
Without senseless risk, reason protects.
But most importantly, we can choose the frame we want.
Using this, I can sleep anywhere,
With reason, I judge if I should take this risk.
Then I can signal my body that any noise is fine, that any fear is not a problem
So I let them go, sleep in plane, bus, on a roof with a rave.
Or I can “forget” about the itchiness from mosquito bites.
Or even, most importantly, not get too affected by my rumbling heart in the moment, but still find ways to deal with it.
Even ignore the judgment of others, if I should.
View emotions as fuel…
Physical pain or hardship is no issue.
Je ne subis pas la vie, je la choisis, mais cela ne veut pas dire que je ne l’accepte pas.
The possibilities are endless.

Perhaps we ought not to judge our emotions so much, but allow them to be.
Could it overwhelm? What is that anyway? Is it not just a hint we should take a step back, and feel? Let them be? Understand them?
If we manage to unframe the world then perhaps we can see it as it truly is
