I like to optimise things.
So when I saw AI I thought what an opportunity: let it do all the things for me and I’ll have less to think about.
Then I made better and better systems, eventually working asynchronous from AI.
Then I was thinking it was fine to work in the weekend because all I was doing was starting it up, right?
That’s when I realized… That I had lost myself in the optimisation of my own life. Doing too much, I didn’t have much to think or say about my life beyond AI stuff… Note that I’ve always been too invested in one thing or another. But this rate of work, it’s dangerous.
